Meet our Sommeliers

Stacey was recently selected by Food Network Canada to host the new tv series "Wine & Dine". Stacey is an accredited Sommelier, professional wine lover, writer and educator. As a graduate from the Sommelier Certificate Program at Algonquin College she has captured both the national capital Sommelier Guild scholarship for wine education and the Cave Spring Sellers Sommelier Award of Excellence. She makes regular appearances on various television programs as a wine consultant, writes for a number of local publications, and is currently studying for the Advanced Certificate from the International Wine Education Guild.

Sean, educator and wine guy is very entertaining and in his down to earth style hešs written wine articles and delivered wine courses for numerous private and corporate groups. Most recently he produced La Vendemmia, Ottawa's 9th Annual Celebration of Italian Wine and Food and has judged wine competitions including Cellars of the World for the Ottawa Wine and Food Show and the Algonquin College Sommelier program. Sean is responsible for dreaming up planning, and delivering entertaining wine events and education. He has received his Sommelier accreditation from Algonquin College and is also studying for the Advanced Certificate from the International Wine Education Guild.
