Should the person(s) booking this party have
to postpone this booking, the performance will be re-scheduled for another date and time
suitable to all parties involved. If another date cannot be determined by the Client at
the time of notice of postponement, the full fee plus GST will be due and payable and the
performance will be re-scheduled for another date and time suitable to all parties
involved. A Credit Note will be issued in the full amount to be used for another party
booked at any future date within a six months period from the original booking date based
upon availability. Should the person(s) booking this party cancel the performance at any
time after this booking is made, the full fee plus GST will be due and payable upon
cancellation at which time this booking shall be deem fulfilled.
